Catherine Florence Everly

CATHERINE “Kitty” FLORENCE EVERLY, age 84, of Kennett Square, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, Spring Hill Farms and Glen Mills, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2011, at Crosslands Retirement Community. She was the wife of John R. Everly, who passed away in 2002, and with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Chester Brown.

She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent in Kennett Square, PA.

She is survived by three sons, Christopher D. Everly and his wife Tammy of Oxford, PA, Douglas D. Everly and his wife Kim of Ridley Park, PA and John B. Everly of Springfield, PA; one daughter, Karen M. Perugini and her husband John of Kennett Square, PA; one sister, Doris Downes of Philadelphia, PA, and six grandchildren.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 10AM to 11AM on Thursday August 25, 2011 at the Episcopal Church of the Advent, 401 N. Union Street (Union & Fairthorn Sts.), Kennett Square, PA 19348. Her funeral service will follow at 11AM. Burial will be in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
