Donald R. Wonchoba

Donald R. Wonchoba, 77, died Tuesday, January 3, 2012 in The Villages, Florida.

Mr. Wonchoba was very active with the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of St. Michael's Council, where he had served as Past State Deputy. He was also a former Master of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. Mr. Wonchoba was a Navy veteran.

Mr. Wonchoba is survived by his wife: Arline Wonchoba ; he is survived by Arline's children, Michael Kelley and his wife Patricia and Arline's daughter, Sharon Kelley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte L. Potts Wonchoba. He is survived by Charlotte's children, Elmer E. "Skip" Potts and his wife Joan, Lois Bendzen and her husband Glenn, Charles Potts, William Potts and his wife Donna and Mary Goines. He was preceded in death by his wife Ameriga M. "Ame" Wonchoba. He is survived by Ame's son, D. Roger Wonchoba and his wife Susan. He is survived by three brothers, Walter Wonchoba, Eddie Wonchoba and his wife Helen and William Wonchoba; two sisters, Carol Madden and Marilyn Dwelley and her husband Norman; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Wonchoba was preceded in death by his son, David Wonchoba.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday morning, January 13, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Helena's Catholic Church, 602 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday morning from 10:00-11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to a favorite charity.
