JOYCE ABEL BRYAN, age 59, of Cochranville, PA, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 at her residence.
Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Palmer and Jessie Gamble Abel.
Joyce was a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing poems and Archeology.
Joyce is survived by two brothers, Edward Abel and his wife Barbara of Embreeville, PA and John Abel and his wife Donna of West Grove, PA; two sisters, Margaret Mowrer of West Grove, PA and Dorothy Roop and her husband Dewey of Cochranville, PA.
She was predeceased by her son, Samuel Bryan.
Her Memorial service will be held at 7:00 Thursday evening, October 6, 2011, at the Kennett Square Missionary Baptist Church, 408 Bayard Road, Kennett Square, PA. Burial will be private
