Nancy Painter

Jane was a dear friend. She was my little sister in the Rainbow girls.We went to high school together. We had always kept in touch even being miles apart. She will always have a special place in my heart. I have missed her and will continue to do so. My prayers are with her family.

Nancy, known as Jane to all of us who grew up with her, was one of my best friends growing up. She lived about 3 blocks from my home and we walked to school together every day from elementary school until we graduated from high school. She had a great sense of humor and was always surrounded by many friends. I have so many wonderful memories of our times together. From reading about her, she made such a difference in so many people's lives. She will be greatly missed.

I was deeply saddened today when I learned that Nancy passed away in October. Nancy took the Missing Animal Response course from me several years ago when Missing Pet Partnership was just getting our legs. She took the information she learned about lost pet behaviors and lost pet recovery techniques and helped MANY people recover their missing pets. She was a great advocate for animals and will be deeply missed!

I met Nancy a few years ago when my cat Al was missing. Someone told me to contact Nancy Painter at Missing Pet Partnerships. I was so impressed with her warmth and generosity. Being that I was in Pottstown she
traveled many miles and spent much of her own time visiting shelters
looking for my cat and provided other appreciated services and
encouragement.
Just this year I got an e-mail from Nancy asking if I could help find a home for a cat

I met Nancy a few years ago when my cat Al was missing. Someone told me to contact Nancy Painter at Missing Pet Partnerships. I was so impressed with her warmth and generosity. Being that I was in Pottstown she

encouragement.
Just this year I got an e-mail from Nancy asking if I could help find a home for a cat named Honey who she was fostering. Eventually Honey's
new owner became my son Ryan. This has turned out to be a good
adoption for both of them. Your mother did seem to be pleased about
Honey's placement. I know she wanted to do the right thing for Honey.

In all our phone discussions concerning what to do about Honey I
got to know your mother more personally. She did tell me about her sons.
She told me what you've been doing and what you plan for the future.
I could just hear the pride and the love in her voice. No matter what you
decide to do she'll always be cheering you on.
My Sincere Condolences

It is still hard for me to believe that Nancy will not be part of my life here on earth anymore. I worked with her for over 10 yrs at Hickory House. She taught me much about being passionate for what you really believe in. Her love for animals and desire to make life better for them was so much of who she was. She also had a real heart for sharing her faith with her patients who were struggling

I was there on that sad day and can tell you that she was surrounded by people who loved her and did everything medically possible to help her. We all stood together after the ambulance was gone, held hands and prayed for her. I know she is well and at home with God. God bless you both, Brad and Jason. I share in your sorrow.

Nancy contacted me when she saw my signs for my lost terrier Bingo. She put together beautiful signs with his picture and particulars (he was deaf and had cataracts) which generated calls. Although he was never found, Nancy was extremely supportive and helpful in my time of need. I did not know her except through email and phone, but her caring nature showed through in what she did. The world has lost a wonderful person.

I never got the chance to meet Nancy, but I knew from talking to her that she, that was a wonderful person who cared so very much for the innocent animals that had no voice. I know that Nancy is in hevean and looking down and somehow she will find my Cat Roberto and make sure he comes back to me someday. Roberto is chipped and thats the way they will tell me that is why I have him back........But in my heart I will know it was Nancy who found him and sent him home. I will love this incredable Lady who left her Family way to soon in life.
God Bless you Angel Nancy, I will never forget you. I know no one who you knew and helped will ever forget you either. You have touched all of our lives.

I just wanted you to know , Nancy was a very special woman. A great sence of humor, she would get the unsaid jokes and give me a look like "you're not gonna say it", and of couse me being who I am, she would just smile and shake her head. generous is another word that describes her, we would sit and share the treats people brought into work, and we would both say, I just have to eat it

Forgiving, she was the most forgiving person, she would say life is to short to be short. She was so proud of her 2 boys , she would tell me she loved brad for his free spirit and that jason was her scholar, she was so proud of the men you both are. A mother is always there for her children , no matter how old they are, love grows and continues to grow. she was of the flower child age and lived her life for LOVE, PEACE and ROCK N ROLL.. You are and will be missed. just last week she said to me, "I LikE YOU JO", and I told her the same. she was good people and i'm glad i got to know her. RIP until we meet again.
